Vienna is one of the greatest cities of the 19th century who by miracle survived the ravages of WWII. It is foremost the musical ( not today's garbage )capital of the world. Johann Strauss II said it all when wrote the well known waltz "Wiener Blut" ( Vienna Blood ) We should be so lucky today.
