Judge Nap on New Email Ruling: 'I Don't Know How Hillary Escapes This' -
Hillary Clinton could see a subpoena coming her way after a federal court ruling related to her private email server.
A D.C. federal judge granted a motion for discovery filed by Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group that is suing the U.S. State Department for records related to Clintons time as secretary of state, FoxNews.comreported.
It means that Hillary Clinton's aides, such as longtime top staffer Huma Abedin, could be subpoenaed to give testimony under oath.
Judicial Watch is seeking information about whether Clinton and her aides intentionally dodged public records laws by using a private email server.
Judge Andrew Napolitano weighed in this morning on FBN's "Varney & Co." and explained that this civil FOIA case moving slowly through the court system is a "nightmare" for Clinton. -

eagleye-if she does we know the fix is in. Some well respected Republicans have expressed confidence in AG Lynch so she may well proceed to indict if the FBI sends her a criminal referral. Obama may or may not interfere-who knows ?? Good Luck America !!!
