That makes me glad that we visited Duluth, Mn. in May & June. It still snowed our first day there...at the Black Bear Casino. :shock:

:lol: :lol: I wouldn't want to swim around that ice. Probably as sharp as glass. Anybody foolish to venture into that stuff would likely come out with some alterations to their nether regions. :shock: :mrgreen:

This is fascinating. Thanks. Did you see the additional freaky things that occur during extreme cold?
During the snowstorms we had here, I was amazed that I actually did hear thunder during the storm. No rain, only snow. I was surprised by it. Every night for over a week, temperatures were quite a bit below freezing.
