What You should know about STDs

Fascinating facts well explained. You and your kids and grand kids should watch this together and discuss it. Don't leave it to the schools whose true goal is to promote promiscuity and homosexual acts.

I am trying really, really hard to avoid responding to posts like this one where the content mis-appropriates the related material (in this case a youtube video) to try and support the poster's thesis. But I just cannot help myself in this case.

1) You seem to be saying that school are promoting promiscuity, yet there is no supporting evidence of this either in your verbiage nor in the youtube video.

2) Ditto homosexual acts. In this 24 minute video there was only a single passing reference to a homosexual act. The mention was at the end and took up less than 3 seconds in the 24-minute video.

3) You chose not to illuminate 2 critical ideas presented with supporting facts in this video:
- States with the highest religiosity have the highest teen birth rates.
- The more sex education kids have, the lower their unwanted pregnancies and STDs.

When fourth and fifth grade kids are being taught how to perform sex acts, either homosexual or heterosexual, and are being told that sexual activity is normal, good and moral for 12 year olds, they they are promoting promiscuity and homosexual behavior. You are saying that believing Christians are more promiscuous than atheists then New York city, Washington DC and SanFrancisco should have no STD at all. As far as this video, I did not claim that it said that schools promoted promiscuity, it is full of good, valid information that can be discussed with your children. If , as you claim, information means less STD then why is it that today 50% of young people will have at least one STD, which is way up from the 15 to 20% for fifty years ago?
