13th Chapter Matthew

Verse 1 through 9

This is one of the few parables that are in the first three gospels that are explained in all three gospels so Jesus must have considered this one important.

Verse 10 through 13

In three gospels Jesus explains that the mysteries of Heaven will be explained only to the disciples. Whoever has understanding shall get more, but those that don’t will lose what little they think they have.

Verse 14

This is found in Isaiah 6:9. Isaiah was written about 700 years before Jesus was born. God expected man to get a misunderstanding of God’s word and start behaving as if they wrote it. They are like blind leading blind. The saddest thing about that situation is the person being led has no way of knowing that the guide is blind too until it is too late. If you can’t find a bible teacher, do it yourself. Jesus is the light of the world; as long as you let Him lead you will be okay.

Verse 15

Religious deception has been normal for thousands of years. Lest means “for fear that”. Why would God dull a mind so that it couldn’t understand His word? Maybe because once you come to a certain level of understanding repentance is impossible. This scripture is somewhere in Hebrews, I believe 6:4.

Verse 16

God blessings are eyes that see and ears that hear. One can actually see and hear what is going on around them. They are in short supply. Right now we are degrading normal relations between a man and woman and legalizing gay marriage.

Verse 17

We owe a debt to our fore-fathers. At one time there was a racial divide in this country that was so strong yet so simple-minded. Men of different races would fight die in the same foxhole in Viet Nam, but they could not sit at the same table and have a beer in this country. One of the leaders that spoke out against the injustice of the Viet Nam war was Martin Luther King. A real leader is not afraid of being unpopular. Muhammad Ali was another. Ali gave up the heavyweight championship of the world in the prime of his life in a sport where you are used up at 40. The black leaders like Martin Luther King, Muhammad Ali, and Malcolm X were men of principle, now the spokesman for our community are Snoop Dog and Dr. Dre. How did we get here?
Verse 18 and 19

The first time this happens you won’t recognize it. You will be in a heated bible discussion and suddenly the phone will ring or a pretty girl will walk by. Maybe everyone will just forget what they were so heated about.

Verse 20 and 21

Young people are not old yet. It takes time to grow up and make a stand. Character must be developed and cannot be taught in a classroom setting. Life must be lived and lessons learned.

Verse 22

You cannot mix this world and the next. Riches and sin are deceitful. The brief joy has long term negative consequences. Read I John 2:15 – 17.

Verse 23

At one time we are all four types. When we first begin adulthood we want to do whatever makes us feel good. As we mature we want to get along with everyone and we want people to like us. When we get older we want to have success in this life. Finally some of us reach the stage where we understand the word of God. The gifts will not be split equally. Some will be more gifted than others. The thing we should always do is not deviate from the word of God.

Verse 24 and 25

We can call this parable tares among the wheat. The terminology we use today for tares is bearded darnel or something like that. When just planted the plants look alike but when they mature bearded darnel is poisonous, bitter, and toxic. If you eat wheat with a little bearded darnel you will get high. The understanding we have of the bible is a combination of folklore and tradition. It is not scripture.

Verse 26 through 30

We will see who is right and wrong at the end of time. Judgment day is coming. You should read your bible while there is time to see what it means.

Verse 31 and 32

Don’t be ashamed of small beginnings. Everything large started out small. We like to believe in instant success but we don’t know the whole story. Of one thing we can be sure, we all come into this world as children and when we grow up we love to pretend we have always been the way people see us as adults. God’s word being taught chapter by chapter and verse by verse will one day be the only way God’s word is taught and the party people will be exposed for their lack of biblical understanding. Let’s look at the birds of the air. They look so pretty and sing so lovely but there is not much meat on them. In like fashion these religious birds of the air sound and look good but if you want to understand the prophets you will find that there are books in the bible they have never even read.

Verse 33

Oftentimes when the bible speaks with a female vernacular it is speaking of religion. We will have to wait and see how things work out and what the bible means but when you mix leaven and flour, you can only tell when the dough rises. This seems to say the bible will be understood taught from church.

Verse 34 and 35

Jesus never fed the multitudes. He broke the bread and gave it to His disciples and His disciples fed the multitude. He tells His disciples that He that receives you receives me in three books of the bible. The books are Matthew 10:40, Luke 10:16, and John 13:20. God speaks through His word. He will not concern Himself about situations that will change. We should build our hope on things eternal, holding on to God’s unchanging hand. The scripture quoted is Psalm 78:2. It may have been written a thousand years before it was quoted in Matthew.

Verse 36

The Disciples didn’t understand so they asked Jesus to explain. Jesus spoke to the masses in hidden lessons but He explained everything to His disciples.

Verse 37 through 43

You can put no limitation on the Holy Spirit. Words have more than one meaning. It is a mistake to say there is only one definition of a parable or that the lessons of Christ have only one meaning. While I do believe that satan has biological children on this planet, I Believe this is addressing our understanding of God’s word. God gave His children His word to help them. Satan has the whole earth believing what Jesus said must not be important enough to study and reflect on. We think we are saved while we want the results of making good choices without making good choices. We can choose any action we wish but we cannot choose the consequences of our actions. There will be crying and gritting of teeth because the results of the choices made will be totally unexpected. People will expect heaven but get hell.

Verse 44 through 46

You will not have the best of both worlds. You will suffer here and be in heaven or enjoy this life and spend eternity in hell. God will judge and this is just my opinion. The blood of Jesus covers all sin. At judgment time I don’t want to be found wanting. I’ll take my chances suffering here.

Verse 47 through 50

Peter was a commercial fisherman; he didn’t fish with hook but a net. What we should realize is that we will be judged by the actions we choose to follow. All of us are not guilty of the same thing. The blind led by the blind will realize that the ones they listened to didn’t know what they were talking about, when they do and find themselves under condemnation there will be crying and grinding of teeth.

Verse 51

God appeals to your intellect, satan appeals to your emotions.

Verse 52

A teacher of God’s should be able to teach from old and new testaments.

Verse 53

Jesus taught the multitude in parables but He told everything to His disciples. Today Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John are being ignored why we use scripture to disrespect a man in his house.

Verse 54 through 58

This is one of the few instances where something quoted by Jesus is in all four gospels so the Holy Spirit must really want us to know this. The verse is found in Matthew 13:57, Mark 6:4, Luke 4:24, and John 4:44.

When the Messiah comes, scripture will be understood. Jesus did not want to be understood and that is why he spoke in parables. There are only two parables the Messiah will speak about. One is the vineyard and the other one is Adam and Eve. The latter will be the parable at the Messiah's trial. Psalm 49:4, Psalm 78:2. The purpose of a parable is to elucidate and not confuse. The Messiah will unseal the book and it will be understood by all when the Messiah comes.

Do you think He hasn't come yet?

The Messiah is alive on earth today and he made a first appearance 32 years ago. The world was on the precipice of all out global, nuclear warfare and the Messiah ended the Cold War. There is a saying in the NT, "except those days be shortened, there should no flesh be saved alive". The Messiah at the same time ended the war in Ireland between the Protestants and Catholics. He also restored pride to the military and got the Jews out of Russia. His "work shall go before him". It is almost time for the Messiah to make another appearance and he should come anytime in the next year or so.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Messiah. Lucifer is the devil and the antichrist and will be thrown in the pit by Jesus Christ for 1000 years.

In my book, Satan (Adam) will be thrown into the pit forever. His suffering will never end. Lucifer (Jesus) will also be thrown into the pit, but his sentence, as with all other demons, is finite. 1,000 years is a relatively light sentence. Satan will be punished and executed with a sword. Isaiah 27:1, Job 20:25. Lucifer will be set on fire. Ezekiel 28:18-19.

Throw that book away, it's trash because it's not biblical. You mind needs to be revamped because you're not perceiving it right.

I feel the same way about the NT. The book that Islam, Christianity, and Judaism have in common is the OT. The NT comes from the OT, and the Quran is based on both the OT and NT. The OT is complete and all theological questions are answered in it. The NT is a fraud and those who follow it are deceived.

This is what happens when you don't study the word in scripture to the root meaning. Isa 14:16 " satan is the 'ish' (man) that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms. 17 says that he did not open the house of the prisoners, Jesus has the keys to hell and the grave. But I don't know why I'm telling you this because you won't study, and don't heed the advise of anyone, you only apply you own flavor of your religion. Your not going to make it to heaven because Jesus doesn't appreciate you calling Him satan.

The only unforgivable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Blasphemy against Christ can be forgiven. We are in dangerous territory.

How about this scenario, you don't guide a person on the rapture or not learning the bible and the antichrist come in, and since they're unlearned they go and see, Christ comes and now those unlearned are not the virgin bride of Christ. We could have told them, and along the way the other readers that are tuning in and believing what they read. These are silly men and silly women as the Bible states. I stand by the way I respond to people. It's our responsibility to correct, not because of the one but the many that are led astray.

In Isaiah 14:12-17, Lucifer, the king of Babylon, equates himself with God. Babylon is the Vatican/Christianity. Lucifer means "morning star" and that is who Jesus claims to be. Revelation 22:16. Throughout the NT, Christians call themselves prisoners of Jesus and in bondage to him. II Timothy 2:26. "And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will". Lucifer and Satan are two different people and together they comprise the Devil. They are father and son. In the NT, I think Satan is also said to possess the keys of Hell and death, just like Jesus. Revelation 2:24. "...as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan..." IOW if you adhere to the NT you have known the depths of Satan. If you reject the NT, you have not known the depths of Satan. The NT is the doctrine of Satan. Job 31:35. "...behold, my desire is, that the Almighty would answer me, and that mine adversary had written a book". Satan means "adversary".

I've heard your rhetoric before, you're a silly woman being led astray, 2 Timothy 3:6-7....Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Also 2 Timothy 2:11. But you believe Not God nor His Word, Jesus Christ.
