9th Chapter Matthew
Verse 1 and 2

Jesus lived in Capernaum, He had a house there. This miracle is in all three gospels. Mark and Luke mention that those that brought him had to carry him up to the roof, tear a hole in the ceiling, and lower him through the hole. Three gospels mention the scribes being present but only Luke mentions Pharisees. What we should all understand is that only Jesus can forgive our sins. (He can also read our minds). None of us have a Heaven to promote you to or a hell to put you in. One thing is as easy to say as another means to Jesus they are just words but His words have power.

Verse 3 through 7

They didn’t say it out loud, they were just thinking. It is a waste of time trying to lie to God because even if you were not being watched He can see your thoughts.

Verse 8

No man can do what Christ did. They may think they are somehow better but Jesus says 17 times in the New Testament to follow Him.

Verse 9

This is one of the 17 times. We know He was speaking to Matthew but now He is talking to all of us. Personally I would rather have six crosses on my back and run the risk of having Him say, “Not those, just that one”, than to be at judgment in a silk suit, gold watch on my wrist, wearing alligator shoes and have Him ask me, “Where is your cross”? Then I pull out a cross around my neck and say, “Here it is”. Then He asks, “How are you going to be nailed to that”?

Verse 10 through 13

Jesus doesn’t reject anybody who wants a relationship. The left has always looked down on republicans. If you don’t think you are a sinner, then you don’t need Jesus. Sadly the words spoken by Jesus are ignored and people actually think they are saved while they ignore every sermon Jesus preached, parable He taught, and miracle He performed. This doesn’t make sense if we are followers of Jesus. Verse 13 is quoted in Hosea 6:6. I will now teach the 6th chapter of Hosea:

Hosea 6th chapter verse 1

Although it doesn’t seem like it from the choices everyone makes, God is in control. We have a lot to answer for. We are condemning regular relations between a man and woman and legalizing gay marriage. We let intentions trump results. We actually tried to fix what wasn’t broke and made it worse. We do in churches something that isn’t done anywhere else. We have bible teachers that haven’t read the bible. Math teachers must study math in college. Science teachers must study science and even P.E. teachers must study physical education but to pastor a church you can go to a place where you are taught psychology. We teach feeling good without being good. Eventually things will be righted.
(Verse 2)

God saying things are going to change. Those who seem to have everything will lose all their stuff. Losing all your stuff really isn’t that big a deal. Man makes money, money doesn’t make man. It is doubtful that this day is a 24 hour period. God looks at time in a different way than man. A day with God is like a thousand years to a human.

(Verse 3)

We can’t use the events in this life as a barometer to determine if our lives are pleasing to God. Satan deceives the whole world. That includes me, you, and everybody. With the choices we make and have been making for thousands of years it should be obvious to anyone paying attention that satan has had this entire creation doing his will for thousands of years. But all of the wars, famine, and diseases were predicted to happen in Revelation.

(Verse 4)

You can see God’s pain when He sees His children with worse character than the gentiles. He sees that while they talk a good game, when it gets thick they thin out. Israel is predicted to disappear as a nation. This happened around 700 B.C. Judah disappeared about 200 years later. The most repeated message in the bible is that Israel and Judah will return to the middle east. Currently Judah is in the middle east and is called Israel. The true Israel lives in west Europe, Canada, North America, and Australia. There is no type of stirring for the children of Jacob to return to their homeland.

(Verse 5)

Before God does anything, He tells everyone what He is going to do. He speaks mostly through His prophets but at times He spoke through a jackass in Numbers 22nd chapter.
(Verse 6)

This is where the original verse that Jesus quoted is found. All this singing and clapping of hands is a waste of time. God wants us to read His word and apply it to our lives. He never requested a sacrifice of praise. It doesn’t even make sense that anyone would think God would be pleased with someone singing a song but later cheating on their spouse. He came to this planet and wrote with His own finger in stone do not commit adultery.

(Verse 7)

It seems people have to make every situation about them. We want to feel good about ourselves without being good or doing the right thing because it is the right thing. Everyone would be better off if they planned their work and worked their plan and took responsibility for their own lives. If you fall into the trap of always blaming others for the condition of your life you have given control of your life to someone else and your circumstances can’t change. The only person you have control over is yourself.

(Verse 8)

What happened in Gilead? I researched and found nothing. Maybe I’ll go on Face book or Google it. Gilead is mentioned in Judges when the tribe of Benjamin refused to surrender the rapist who had killed a young woman by raping her after her father wouldn’t let them rape the men. It seems God gets upset when His children start acting like perverts. Know this, America has murdered over 53,000,000 (million) children who not only haven’t done anything to anybody, and we are looking down on normal families with a mother and father while we legalize gay marriage. State by state we are legalizing drugs. How are we going to have a future?

(Verse 9)

Apparently they all agreed on committing the same sin. America is going to account for killing over 53,000,000 babies before they drew their first breath. There is no way God is pleased with us while we look down on normal relations and legalize gay marriage.

(Verse 10)

God is looking at His own children that He parted the Red Sea for. Their choices were not God’s fault.

(Verse 11)

Israel and Judah will return to the Middle East. Nobody says this at all.

Matthew 9th chapter, 14th verse

When the word of God is taught everyone has questions. A man of God should not be afraid to field questions. God has opened up his mind to understand scripture. In this case, the disciples of John the Baptist notice that the disciples enjoy their life more. This is always the case. Christians go through every circumstance with more success that secular people.

Verse 15 through 17

We don’t need to return to God. We need to turn to God. Jesus cannot be head of your life while you ignore every sermon He preached, parable He taught, and miracle He performed. You can’t mix this world and God.

Verse 18 through 26

This set of miracles in Matthew is different from Mark and Luke. In Matthew the rulers name isn’t given. In Mark and Luke the ruler’s name is given as Jairus. In Matthew the girl is already dead. In Mark and Luke she is dying. On the way is different also. In Matthew Jesus sees the woman when she touches Him. In Mark and Luke Jesus asks, “Who touched me”? In all cases the girl is twelve years old and the woman had the issue of blood twelve years. In all cases the girl is healed after Jesus puts out the people laughing. However in Matthew the sets of miracles occur before Jesus gives the parable of the sower but in Mark and Luke they happen after. I don’t know what but it obvious God is trying to tell us something. There are too many similarities. In each case a ruler needs Jesus to heal his dead or dying daughter. On the way there is a woman with an issue of blood that wants to touch Jesus so that she can be healed. After the woman is healed Jesus goes to the ruler’s house and heals the man’s child.

Verse 27 through 31

There is a hidden message in all of Jesus’ miracles. In all four gospels Jesus gives sight to the blind. In three of the gospels giving sight to the blind is the last healing Jesus does. Physical blindness is when a person’s eyes don’t function. Mental blindness is when obvious realities are not acknowledged, or someone is unaware of the real truth. We are all blind of a person’s true intentions until some action backs it up. In this age satan has blinded the minds of the whole planet and has enjoyed success for thousands of years. When someone thinks something to be true when it isn’t, reality has to show them the truth. If they refuse to learn, then they will die.

Verse 32 through 35

The first time they say this Jesus doesn’t reply. He will later use this example in teaching His disciples. When you call the spirit of God, the spirit of satan, that is blasphemy against the Holy spirit. It is difficult to know when we will be held accountable. God will judge.

Verse 36 through 38

Jesus sees His limitation in that He is only one person and can only be in one place at one time. But when God’s spirit is in everyone’s mind, wrongs get righted and afflictions go away.

Only God can forgive sin, he is the Judge and not Jesus. God knows all of our thoughts and we don't have to formally pray to be heard. Also, all sin begins in and is conceived of in the mind before being acted upon. Hell is not physical torture, it is mental terror. The lost house of Israel/Ephraim are people of northwestern European descent and they are said to be joined to idols in the last days. Being joined to idols is called "whoredom" and "adultery" by God. Hosea 6:10. "I have seen an horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled". Hosea 4:17-18. "Ephraim is joined to idols: let him alone. Their drink is sour: they have committed whoredom continually..."
