The Obama administration has increased spending and debt by more than ALL OF THE PAST PRESIDENTS COMBINED.. Now he demands that congress allow the debt limit be increased again so he can waste, steal, squander, and give away more and more money that does not belong to him even faster.
Congress has agreed to raise the limit only if they can cut spending and waste. Obama is adamant in that he wants more authority to spend more and more money without any restraint.
That, in a nutshell, is what the entire brouhaha is about.

Why do we the people tolerate Obama?? Are we such followers that we can't recognize being lead to slaughter? Let's throw the bums out before it's too late for us all. The solution to our country's problems is obvious:
Why do we allow our politicians to be bought; why do we let any and all elected officials to remain in office for more than one term , thus encourging corruption and self serving criminal activity by the holders. It appears that basically we the people have become so overwhelmed with discuss at our "do nothing" government that we're at a loss as well..
