I am feeling so suspicious of this death!!!

I know a 45 year old professor who was in excellent health and died just as suddenly and in the same way too.
I'm not normally a suspicious person but there are just too many very strange things happening to certain people anymore and I always look at WHO benefits from these deaths! It's pretty clear!!

Congress Will Be Declared In Recess From The Oval Office
And Another Unqualified Justice Will Be Installed

The Homo-In-Chief Has Only Appointed Women So Far
Maybe This Will Be Angela Davis' Big Chance ??

Scalia, Being Really Over-Weight Wasn't Exactly A Picture Of Perfect Health At 79

This Is Fortuitous For Another Se******n By Our Constitutional Incompetent
At Least Hillary Won't Be Able To Appoint HIM
You Think He'll Wait To Gamble On Her E******n ??

Wonder Who Jarrett Will Recommend...

No I think it will be Bill Clinton's turn. Yes, I am always suspicious when it suits a party where the history of suspicious deaths is significant .

While it may be from natural causes, he is one of the few that actually believed in following the Constitution rather than pretending that the Constitution is a living document that can be changed at the whim of the president or those he appoints.
If you believe that it is a living document that is plastic and changeable as someone sees fit, then I hope that you also believe your employment contract and the guarantee on your car, which is also a contract can be changed to suit the company behind it. Bet you don't see it that way, do you?

I believe our constitution will stand the test of time. As for Scalia, I disagree with you and do not find him of honorable stature and will leave it at that.

How is that a comparable comparison? Can contracts be written to suit the two parties involved or can they only be written to suit the original intent--as vague as that might be?

That be true. No matter who is appointed I am willing to bet he/she won't be as conservative as the one who just died...

I find it rather insulting that this thread would be so critical in concern over who is going to replace Scalia rather than recognizing the man's 30 years service to this country.Whether you agreed with him or not..He served and had some significance worth recognition rather than being more concerned with his replacement..

May he RIP and may his family have some peace at this time of sorrow...
