Anyone up for animal rights?

I'm retired, and a volunteer on horse ranches. I find myself unable to ignore the horrors humans commit against the other animals (as we are also animals). In other areas, I always v**e for the lesser of the two evils, Democrats. Right now, I'm convinced, due to scientific research, that greed is a critical mental illness. I believe the current congress is the worst one this country has ever had. And I know that the U.S. has used chemical weapons in stupid wars and experiments for decades. Well -- ad infinitum...
