Is Manning really going to retire?

I have to wonder. He just won another Super Bowl. I think he'll be back next year. What do you think?

I personally think he will retire, but...I wouldn't bet on it. :wink:

My guess would be yes. He's 38 years old, spent 17 seasons in the NFL and has had four neck surgeries. But ...

If he comes back, he will be a back up QB. Denver's future is being built behind Osweiller (I may have misspelled his name). Look for him to retire.

Have to agree on that, he really has nothing more to play for and another neck injury would be really bad for him.

He is not ready to go, but the broncos are finished with him.

Agree, given his surgeries and Osweiler coming in in place of him, Manning would be crazy to risk further injuries..Paralyzes not out of the picture at this point...

I could see Broncos offering him a coaching spot just to bring Osweiller along and not loose Manning's knowledge etc...
