While Bill was President, China was trying desperately to get into space, but never could get their missiles to work. They always crashed and burned. They wanted Loral Corporation, a US space & communications company, to sell them the technology they were unable to develop, so their rockets would be guided and sent as desired. The request want to Washington and was turned down by State, Commerce, and Defense Departments.
But Loral was a major Clinton donor and Bill authorized Loral to sell this sensitive technology to China. That's the only reason China has been in space, and their client state North Korea got the technology too. North Korea put a satellite into orbit in 2012 and apparently another one with their latest launch.

Mentioned briefly on Savage today...certainly not forgotten by people like me. Didn't Clinton sell out to the Chinese on some coal deal around that same time?

That little piece of corruption involved the Riady family, an Indonesian power that was also a major contributor to Bill. This scandal: There are only two major sources of very low sulfur coal in the world, one in Indonesia owned by the Riadys and another in Utah. When a US coal company wanted to develop the Utah coal deposit that would threaten or end the huge Riady sales of their coal into the US, Clinton declared the Utah area a new national park so it could not be developed.
