Took many new hires out, many were hired as 8's to train them, first thing was forget what you learned it doesn't apply and there are much quicker, easier ways to do this.
Companies waste tons of money by allowing a piecre of paper to trump practical experience. We have what I call google managers. I can't tell you how many times I've heard "I googled it, and it can be done in x amount of time. They make me laugh.
