Did you try rubbing your hands together, or massaging your fingers while reading what it says each relates to you??
Try it if you didn't..You just might enjoy the sensation(s) doing so brings...The pressures points will be immediately felt in other parts of you body too..

Sure I do..I did it for some time..it was Greatttt..Still am, actually, especially while sitting here...calm music, nice pressure point technique...the warm lotion..did you try that?? Probably not, your a man...lololol
