Rep. Darrell Issa: FBI Has 'No Choice' But to Recommend Hillary

By Todd Beamon | Wednesday, 03 Feb 2016

Rep. Darrell Issa said Wednesday that FBI Director James Comey has "no choice" but to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton in the email scandal.

"The director is somebody who cares a great deal about national security — and with the body of evidence, he really has no choice but to refer this for indictment," Issa, the California Republican and former chairman of the House Oversight Committee, told Fox Business host Trish Regan.

"She made a choice to receive and ret***smit documents that should have been classified when they came to her and later been classified.

"These choices are really what the prosecution would be about," Issa continued. "As somebody who has a head full of classified information, Hillary Clinton has an obligation to be able to not disseminate that information."

The State Department admitted Friday for the first time that Clinton's private email server contained closely held government secrets — deciding that it would not release 22 emails on seven trails out of national security concerns.

Issa, who led an inquiry into the 2012 B******i attacks, said he expected the FBI to conclude its investigation soon.

"It’s important that the director act sooner rather than later," he told Regan. "He is, in fact, a non-partisan appointee.

"He is supposed to be and historically they have been above being influenced by the administration. The later he acts looks more like he is influenced."

USA Today: Hillary's 'Snarky' Tack on Email Scandal Feeds V**ers Mistrust

By Todd Beamon | Monday, 01 Feb 2016

Hillary Clinton's reaction to the Obama administration's disclosure Friday of top secret emails on her private home server "brings out one of her worst characteristics," USA Today columnist Rem Rieder said on Monday.

"In her response to the latest development, she has sought to cast the controversy in a political context: The Republicans are trying to undermine me with it, a la B******i," Rieder said. "Vast right-wing conspiracy, anyone?

"Under fire, cornered, she reacts defensively, legalistically, sarcastically," he added. "Which simply aggravates what's a serious issue for her: Lots of people don't trust her and consider her dishonest.

"When she's snarky, she's not really likable enough, President [Barack] Obama to the contrary," Rieder said.

On Friday, the Obama administration admitted for the first time that top secret information had passed through Clinton's unsecured home email server during her four years as secretary of state.

The 22 emails comprising seven chains of documents will not be released — in any form — along with Clinton's other emails, the State Department said.

"No matter how you parse it, the decision to use the private server raises serious questions about her judgment, and they return to the fore every time the emails pop up," Rieder said.

The FBI is continuing its investigation, and any indictment would be made by the Justice Department — and that remains "the wild card" as the 2016 p**********l e******n nears, he said.

Noting that the email scandal has proven strong fodder for Republicans, Rieder cited attacks over the weekend by front-runner Donald Trump and rival Marco Rubio.

"If you are sick and tired of hearing about Clinton's damn emails now — just wait," he said.

Many of the "red-diaper" government, military, police and NGO's are either full-blown Muslim, or converting; and "Taqiyya" is their M.O. If a Muslim can't look an "infidel" directly in the eye with the most outrageous lies coming out of one side of the mouth while [at the same time] burning and stomping on American and Israeli f**gs while praising Islam out of the other side of the same mouth, that Muslim will NEVER be POTUS!!! Has Hillary converted??? What is Huma Weiner's role??? How about Anthony???
