I totally agree with you about those Participation Trophies, senseless they are. However, not so much when it comes to Good Losers. Is it so wrong to validate the reality that someone achieved a goal, and you didn't? The reality "might" be that an individual truly didn't WANT something enough to go the extra mile and that in turn might spur someone to do a bit of self-evaluation as why they failed. No one likes to lose, t***h be told.

Yeah, me too...just like when I v**ed for McCain. Having said that, I still don't think he will be the nominee...I just can't believe that we will have that many Republicans who will v**e for a liberal.

Even though I haven't v**ed for a Democrat since Jimmy Carter (I really got burned bad on that one), if the Democrats picked Jim Webb for their nominee, and the Republicans picked Trump, I would v**e for Jim Webb...just sayin'.
