Parrothead Loc: In front of my laptop

All great but I suspect some Photoshopping on #1. It would take a 2000mm lens at least (35mm equivalent) to get the moon enlarged that much and the DOF would be too shallow to get the boat and moon in focus. But I would love to have a poster of it in my office.

You may be right about PS but it does make an outstanding photo. I got a kick out of No.17. :lol: :lol:

I sure wish that they were mine Slats. Of the hundreds of photos I have taken, nothing I have done is comparable. Even my moon shots see below.

AND, your music just fantastic..Believe it or not I have that Ramsey Lewis CD as I love the piano so much..Fly Me to the Moon, perfect!!! I knew the minute I heard it and am now listening to my CD.........

Thanks Linda. I have several on Vimeo. Jazz piano is my favorite. I studied jazz piano back in Los Angeles for a couple of years back in the early 60s. I like to use jazz piano backgrounds in my Vimeo videos where possible. I may have used Pete Fountain in one of them:-D

I also studied music many years ago..Mom made me...lolol..Has been forever playing although at Thanksgiving I did get to play around a bit..Spent it with friends in Atlanta and he has a beautiful piano...Ironic what we remember once you try it again..Would take a long time to "actually play again though"......

I did it with the intention of doing it professionally. I used to frequent a lot of piano bars and jazz clubs and found so many musicians who were so much more talented than me and who were playing for peanuts and literally starving that I quit and went back to college. This enabled me to pick up a couple of useful degrees that opened the doors to more lucrative employment and the opportunity to travel around a good part of the world on somebody else's dime. :mrgreen:
