The message from Michael Bloomberg, is if Hillary gets charged with a crime, he's available. Uncle Joe don't have the dough, but Michael does.

But, Biden has the WH behind him, and if Hillary is indicted, most of her supporters will jump to Biden. He will get the money to run...trust me.
Bloomberg, after observing Trump, thinks all it takes is money. He doesn't understand that Trump is a charismatic entertainer who can draw a crowd, Bloomberg can't do that. I think he fizzles, and may hurt the Democrats more than the Republican nominee.
