Too bad we couldn't see the expression on the faces of the two people in the pool.

It apparently didn't like the taste of chlorine. I would h**e to know how many and what type of snakes they've found in their pool in that location.

I would think just to be safe they should always look for floating items before entering the pool, lord only knows what floats in the dark pools at night.

Elephant turds.   I've had one snake in my skimmer and one swimming in my pool in about 14 years. But I'm in a residential area in the city. And one that casually slid across my patio while I was grillin' out.

Not enough meat to feed the crew. It'll take an Anaconda to feed my group of drunkin' friends. And that's just the appetizer.

Not too many snakes that frequent water in Africa. The two common species would be the brown and the green water snakes who mostly subsist on frogs and are non-venomous. No food source in that pool, plus the smell of chlorine would make them avoid the pool.

Well how about a crocodile? I'd rather deal with the snakes. Hell in Africa I might find a pygmy with a spear in the pool. He would probably have v**ed for Obama with an absentee b****t.
