Jan. 17th 1986 Reagan authorizes the CIA to sell weapons to the Contra, ordering that the process be kept secret from Congress. Jan. 1989 Just before Reagan leaves office the White House computer is purged of data which is backed up with tapes that disappear ! If it smells like a rat?
Yes and Democrats passed Boland Amendment to protect and aid their c*******t pals the Sandinista's. Joe McCarthy was right

The current Nicaragua government is a Republic !
This is from 03/08/2009...the Bard didn't know there was another fury that could exceed a woman scorned.
This old essay is an example of the word bitterness. There are some t***hs in there too and it is a good reminder to challenge the GOP's insistence on following failed strategies.
Apparently, it never sunk in nor will it sink in until after it is too late. The Tea Party grassroots patriot sale is only being bought by those that would support the GOP anyway. Trying to emulate Hope and Change into a GOP message didn't work and still isn't going to work because it isn't fresh. Mainstream isn't buying the cliche' to "Stop obamacare At All Costs" because not too long ago it was "Repeal and Replace" and lately it is "Delay It One Year".
Sure, there's applause in many conservative districts but a strategy is supposed to attract applause from competitive districts. When they hit another low, then they will embrace rebuilding strategies instead of appealing only to extreme factions. Get back to Goldwater, Buckley and Reagan strategies. The sooner they change the current drama, the more time they will have to focus on next years e******ns. Right now they are feeling the mistake because the easy card is being played, "Why should we give you anything for doing your job? "We challenge you to bring a v**e on a clean CR" and that seems reasonable to mainstream.
Didn't they even have the foresight to think through the scenarios or did they stop short and just believe they had a winning strategy? Did anyone bounce it off Rove?
I mean, even if we get something like a repeal of the medical device tax, no one in mainstream is going to see that as much of a victory and conclude, "Oh yea, that was worth all the drama".
The best strategy is a sure thing. A sure thing is to end the drama (applause from main street), promote GOP concern for government over reach (applause from main street and Tea Party), sit back and criticize all the obamacare fubars (applause from main street and Tea Party) and create an obamacare replacement bill.
This won't happen because the GOP won't learn from their own critics and will continue a failed strategy that is betting on obamacare being so disliked that everyone will v**e for them. They are miscalculating the bias of media and the influence of Obama's daily speeches.
Yes forced by the USA and Contra's and other Central American Presidents who negotiated with Ortega to hold e******ns. He lost to , Violeta Chamorro.

In politics, you can declare a victory on principle without acknowledging you "caved". Explain that
1. The other side is nuts and won't negotiate,
2. You refuse to let patriots suffer more and,
3. The battle will be fought another day (add specific timeframe).
And wasn't it a republican who trained and funded al Qaeda

4. Or do the right thing!
GOP already won. They have cemented in the minds of Americans who opposes Obamacare. There is simply no running away from it now for Democrats. As this disaster called ACA begins to expose itself most Americans will see the light. Good luck on e******n day Dems
