THE BELLS TOLL FOR HILLARY

The FBI Is Closing In

By R. Emmett Tyrrell, Jr. - Jan 8, 2016 - The American Spectator

The Federal Bureau of Investigation will recommend that the Justice Department bring criminal charges against Hillary Clinton and various of her aides, and soon. The evidence consists of materials that the Bureau has gathered in the course of its months-long investigation of Mrs. Clinton’s personal server. The recommendations will come very soon.
The charges will consist of some of the following:

1. Improper disclosure or retention of classified information.
2. Destruction of government records.
3. Lying to federal agents.
4. Lying under oath.
5. Obstruction of justice.

All the counts are familiar to those of us who have followed the Clintons for a quarter of a century, but, as one source familiar with the FBI’s investigation told me, the evidence has now reached a “critical mass.”

There are those who have told me that the FBI has been engaged in a ruse. And that the Bureau will report it has come across nothing criminal. Then the whole imbroglio is expected to blow over.

But such cynics are in the minority. Most sources have told me the investigation is genuine, serious, and all but completed. One told me that it was completed two months ago. The Bureau has put together a case that as one source put it “is locked up. It is solid.”

In the past, as FBI agent I.C. Smith wrote in his book Inside: A Top G-Man Exposes Spies, Lies, and Bureaucratic Bungling Inside the FBI, the Clintons have benefited from a few corrupt agents, usually in Arkansas. But that was years ago, and in Arkansas. This is the FBI in Washington, at the top where there are plenty of utterly professional law enforcement officials. They believe t***h matters and so does the pursuit of justice. “They have been building a case that is unassailable,” one source told me. “It is beyond the case against Petraeus.… It is about the violation of federal statutes.”

The only question now is will the recommendations come this month or within sixty days. Politicians with the p**********l itch such as Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State John Kerry hope the FBI’s recommendations will come in a week or so to allow them to get into the race. Other observers say the decision will come later. “The FBI,” said one source, “does not care about politics.” Whether it comes tomorrow or in sixty days, Justice Department policies mandate making such decisions as far in advance of e******ns as possible. If there are conflicting winds blowing in the Bureau or DOJ, they must avoid the appearance of being motivated by partisan politics.

Yet such is the gravity of the charges and the consequences of neglecting them that they cannot be ignored. If they are ignored, people familiar with the investigation say, it will be impossible to prosecute future defendants being charged with the mishandling of classified information. Said Joseph DiGenova, a former U.S. attorney, “The intelligence community will not stand for that. They will fight for indictment and they are already in the process of gearing themselves to basically revolt if [the Attorney General] refuses to bring charges.” FBI Director James Comey has reportedly said he will resign if the Bureau’s recommendations for charges are ignored.

One source familiar with the case said the indictments will begin with the “small fish” starting with Bryan Pagliano, the keeper of Hillary’s server, and move on to the Big Enchilada, Hillary. Wh**ever happens, seasoned political players have claimed Hillary will continue in the race for Democratic nomination. Joe Trippi, former campaign manager for 2004 p**********l candidate Howard Dean, was overheard in the Green Room at Fox saying Hillary will run to the end.

Avert your gaze.

Former U.S. Attorney says Hillary Clinton Could Face Criminal Charges in 60 Days

By Rachel Stockman - January 7th, 2016 - MEDIAITE

If former U.S. Attorney Joe DiGenova prediction is true, Hillary Clinton will most likely no longer be a contender for the 2016 p**********l race. He told Fox News’ Gretchen Carlson that he thinks Hillary Clinton and some of her staff may be indicted within the next 60 to 90 days.

“They (the FBI) are going to make a recommendation that there is going to be charges against a series of people, ” DiGenova said on the program..

“What I know is that the FBI has been building a compelling — an unassailable case against Hillary and her surrounding group inside the State department,” he said.

Mr. DiGenova must have some inside knowledge about the investigation because so far FBI director has refused to answer questions about the ongoing investigation into whether the private emails were mishandled.

Interestingly, this comes at the heels of the U.S. State Department’s Inspector General Office findings that the department gave “inaccurate and incomplete” answers to those who were trying to seek then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s records. For example, the report says the State Department mistakenly told a group they had no information regarding Hillary Clinton’s personal email account.

Hillary Clinton’s Criminal Indictment Looms…

Posted on J****** 6, 2016 by DC Whispers
Talk of a possible indictment against former Obama Secretary of State and current Democrat p**********l frontrunner, Hillary Clinton have swirled for months.

Whispers now indicate that over the last forty-eight hours that talk has turned very-very serious and it has the Clinton Machine scrambling to prevent what would be a historic political collapse not seen since the days of Nixon.

Judge: These Are All the Charges Hillary Faces Over Private Emails

BY JASON W. STEVENS - THE FEDERALIST PAPERS PROJECT

With Hillary Clinton's private email scandal taking off, the criticisms continue to pour in from the Right AND THE LEFT.

And now with everyone seemingly piling on, expect the narrative to switch quickly to “sexism” in order to protect Ms. Clinton’s p**********l ambitions for 2016.

But in the meantime, one judge has clearly explained the charges the former-Secretary of State faces for her serious breach of the law and responsibility.

From Fox News:

What are the potential consequences for Hillary Clinton for using a personal email account during her time as secretary of state?

On Wednesday, the House Select Committee on B******i issued her a subpoena for all communications related to the investigation.
Judge Andrew Napolitano sat down with Martha MacCallum to go over the two potential criminal investigations that the former First Lady could face.

1. The less serious possibility is an investigation similar to what was brought against Gen. David Petraeus, who pleaded guilty this week for keeping classified documents in an unsecured location. The judge explained that in Mrs. Clinton’s case, she kept classified secrets on a home server that was not secured by the government. Napolitano said there’s no way Clinton did not have classified material on her home server, since she held the same security clearance as the president. That would only be a misdemeanor charge, however.

2. Napolitano said the far more serious charge would be a conspiracy to “conceal documents from government computers,” which carries a penalty of three years in jail per document. A conviction on that charge would disqualify her from holding public office again.
clinton

The situation seems extremely clear. It doesn’t matter that Clinton has already ordered the State Department to make her emails public. Serious damage has already been done.

And there should be consequences.

BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE!

Not only is Clinton facing serious criminal charges, but it turns out that she personally disciplined a former-US ambassador for doing the exact same thing she’s now accused of doing!

So much for “sexism.”

Via Young Conservatives:

In case you haven’t had your daily dose of liberal hypocrisy today, here’s a fresh cup for you involving some new details about the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

Apparently, the State Department–under her watch–forced a U.S. ambassador to resign from his post after it was discovered he was using a private email address back in 2012. …

Hillary’s State Department actually forced the 2012 resignation of the U.S. ambassador to Kenya in part for setting up an unsanctioned private e-mail system. According to a 2012 report from the State Department’s inspector general, former U.S. ambassador to Kenya Scott Gration set up a private e-mail system for his office in 2011.

The inspector general’s report offered a scathing assessment of Gration’s information security practices — practices that are eerily similar to those undertaken by Clinton while she served as Secretary of State […]

The inspector general’s report specifically noted that Gration violated State Department policy by using a private, unsanctioned e-mail service for official. In its executive summary listing its key judgments against the U.S. ambassador to Kenya who served under Hillary Clinton, the inspector general stated that Gration’s decision to willfully violate departmental information security policies highlighted Gration’s “reluctance to accept clear-cut U.S. Government decisions.” The report claimed that this reluctance to obey governmental security policies was the former ambassador’s “greatest weakness.”
This will destroy her.

That is, if this news doesn’t do it first.

What do you think of Ms. Clinton’s 2016 hopes NOW?
