My eldest daughter was born in Taiwan, in a US Naval Hospital. She is a natural born citizen, but carried a duel citizenship with Taiwan until she denounced the Taiwanese Citizenship at age 18. She would be allowed to run for President.

Natural born is by two American Citizens, none qualify in my book. Obama's dad was a British Citizen and he was born in Kenya. But with that being said, sure let them try to win the Presidency.

The Founding Fathers tried to define "Natural Born" citizenship by applying old English law which unfortunately, excluded B****s and women...Today it means "all" candidates who were born to two parents who were American citizens at the time the candidate was born.

The courts have ruled that a child born to U.S. citizen parents on military or diplomatic assignment overseas is born on U.S. territory just as if born in the U.S.

If both her parents were U.S. citizens at the time of her birth, she is a natural born citizen

"Natural Born," is a person born IN America [or American military complex while serving] with at least one [1] American citizen parent of legal age. Perhaps "BHB" was born in Hawaii, as an "African American" [that was not the term used for 'negro' in the early '60's] in a hospital that didn't yet exist, to an underage mother and an already married Kenyan, Muslim/c*******t father. THAT already sounds a little shaky. I believe women were always citizens, but were not allowed to v**e. That and giving citizenship to negros was done by constitutional amendment. That is the only way to change a supreme court definition.

Was either of her parents in the military? That makes a difference, same as John McCain.
