the congress has to get back to regular order and do their job.
they need to take back their power of taxing,spending and borrowing powers.
they need to place all executive agencies on annual appropriations regardless of their sources of revenues.
congress needs to pass individual appropriations bills for each agency for the president to sign.
these are the things that have been squandred by many democrat congresses over the years.
and the reopubicans dont have the balls to fight back,NOW IS THE TIME.
