It may be better if you did some home work on these maters before venturing forth with statements that have been proven to not be be 100% accurate concerning when and why the Bundy's stopped making payments to a fraudulent fed agency who forfeited on their own contract with the Bundy family first.

The feds failed in their duties to maintain the land in the manner of the contract signed by the Bundy family so they, the Bundy's stopped payment only to the feds until the feds started living up to their end of the contract which they never did. As for the federal government owning any land not in reference to the Constitution it may well do you better to read and understand the Constitution and it's rights before reading garbage rags like the Atlantic or putting faith in liberal socialist type hag sites such as Snopes and some others.
