I found this article in Townhall very interesting.http://m.townhall.com/tipsheet/mattvespa/2016/01/08/oh-boy-mayor-emanuels-administration-may-have-botched-another-police-shooting-investigation-n2100233 It addresses the corrup of Law Enforcement. Is this an anomaly or common place? Is the Blue Line really "yellow?"

It is Rahm Emanuel's city and police force. Nothing would surprise me from Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia, etc., etc., etc.
