Love exceeds all judgments of wrong-doing. Not to love is the failing.

I cannot say that is wrong without knowing more about what your meaning is.

If you mean any old kind of love, then you are wrong. If you mean love within the parameters set out by God, then you are correct.

If your meaning included unlawful activity based upon unlawful love, you are wrong. And I am not judging it, you are by posting it.

Love is manifested by helping people behave in a manner that is pleasing to God. It is not congratulating them on their sinning and validating their sinful behavior and claiming that all is good and to say otherwise is hateful. God would not have made rules if He did not want you to follow them. He could have genetically programmed you and me to do nly those things that are right in His eyes. Then we would not have had to make choices, but could have behaved properly in the same way that the chipmunks all behave properly for chipmunks. He instead gave us the ability to do sinful and evil things, and also lovingly gave us the guidance and strength to obey His laws instead.

The Bible does tell us that Love conquers all. God is Love. And of course He can conquer all. He is all powerful and created all things. He has the right and the authority to do whatever He wants regardless of what we think. He is awesome and I am grateful He sent His one and only Son, Jesus to die for our sins so that we would have an opportunity to be reconciled with God through Jesus' blood if we surrender our lives to Him, repent and follow Him. Gos is good. Amen.

God does not love everybody. He only loves the righteous who love him. Loving God is part of the first commandment and it is very important. Hating God is deadly and God hates the wicked and his enemies. There is enmity between the wicked and the righteous, Genesis 3:15.

I'm not so sure. That certain verse in John 3 I memorized as a child that begins with "For God so loved the world...." might say otherwise. Just my opinion, mind you.

God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that who believed in Him would not perish That does not include those who deny God or reject the love that was given through Jesus Christ.

Hey NPP. I was watching the news earlier where they showed the burned out house of a family. Almost the only thing left in the rubble was the family Bible. It was burned around the edges. Otherwise it was OK and it was opened to John 3:16. I remember a very similar incident of this happening a few years ago.

Thank you. Someday, we will both find out the entirety of God, won't we.

You're welcome to be sure. Hey, who knows, we may "both" be surprised at what we find.

I expect we both will be. God is more than us mortals can really imagine let alone understand.
