The Federal Law on the books prohibits Hillary from holding any Federal office.

Federal Law, Title 18. Section 2071

18 U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, removal, or m********n generally

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

Why hasn't the news or any of our congressmen brought this up??

Please send this to everyone you know including your congressmen...post it on Facebook...get it out there, we can make sure this witch never holds another office and possibly be convicted to 3 years in Federal Prison.

She must first be charged and found guilty... While she certainly did remove, alter, mutilate, documents and delete emails etc, when she did that, she held no office position... Two, she can be found guilty of her gross negligence in how she handled those emails etc and even be found guilty and that POS in office will just "have to" turn around and give her a pardon...I'm sure Hillary has enough on him if she were to be found guilty, which is highly unlikely, she could expose him for many things...

The good ole buddy system stands long with politicians..They may not even like each other, like the Clintons and the Obama but when push comes to shove, they have to protect each other..That silent code of disgrace don't you know...

I'm sure you're correct and that is why they are all being quiet including the MSM's but I think if enough people made a fuss, contact their congress person, post on face book we could at least make them squirm and let them know we are paying attention...heck I'm thinking I will tweet Trump and make sure he has this information, we cannot afford to have another Progressive in office...we have to fight!!
