If one is a gracious host, you remove the wonderfully cooked meat from the ribs, place it is a food processor, run the processor for a minute or two, remove said processed wonderful tasting substance to a plate for your guest who is encountering teeth and eating issues. If you were to be at my home and wanted my true salt cured Virginia Ham and were encountering teeth chewing problems, I would gladly, to be a gracious hostess, process said wonderment of ham in said fashion for you to be able to enjoy. Slatten obviously has NO consideration for anyone.
