Going the e-mail rounds.

may be one of the "best videos ever" of the ocean with a 3D effect.
The clarity is unbelievable. No special glasses or anything needed. Only the people
actually living it can, most likely, see it any clearer.
This is in HD, 3D; I hope your monitor can view it that way.

The tropics are great for color and clarity of water. You can get the view in the Virgin Islands, but remember, from 30 feet and down the color washes out, and is visible only if you bring your own high intensity lighting. At dawn, the coral retract ther "arms" at the slightest movement, and then the coral looks like dead rock. Now don't touch fire coral, a yellow sheet like coral looking a little like a flame, because it will sting you and it huts like fire. I scraped my chest on one by mistake 30 years ago I have the scar still...
Key Largo Fla. has schools of immature Barracuda that are fun to watch, and harmless despite their fierce looks, but leave the jewelry home, they will bite shiny metallic things so fast you will not even see them move.

The only time you can get this view is to "be there"....

Many years ago Linda in the Indian Ocean off S. Africa. My son is qualified for scuba. I had to quit because of an inner ear pressure problem. :(

An infinity pool..... GOOOOO..I am looking at flights and hotel packages right now for a 10 day stay..Staying at the Halekulani Hotel in Wakkii, then jumping around the Islands and getting hotels there..If I do a package deal, when I get there they will tell me which hotels are a part of the package deal that I can just book into when I get there, since I have no real set agenda other than to see Pearl Harbor and then the beauty it beholds...Anyway, airfare and hotel for that 10 stay is $2800.. Pricing them out individually per Island lets say and flight seperate is definitely more all the way around..Go with a package deal as I am seeing it really is worth it, especially in having the freedom to book when I get there and can check out the hotels on their "share package program"..Expedia so far has the best price quote so far...Hotels are no less than 4 star too..
