My posting is from your first listed site. If you are unable to find the bill, that is your issue. It is the exact reason, union text, showing all the sponsors and date.

I understand it is disconcerting for you to find these elected representatives fail to understand the First Amendment.

Bull s**t. There are no bills before our congress advocating Sharia law or condemning h**e speech. There is not bill before our 114th congress numbered HR569. No one would be dumb enough to try and challenge the first amendment. Get a life....

Reading comprehension is an issue for you, is it not?

No one said it was a bill. It is a resolution, which is a different matter. Did you miss civics in your public school, or did your public school simply not require it?

As to your statement concerning challenging the first amendment, you need to get out more. There are weekly challenges to the First Amendment. Again, education being lacking. Capitalization is appropriate for the word First as the amendment referenced is a proper noun.

To think, someone's tax dollars paid for your public schooling. An obvious waste of dollars.

The point is, we are not wrong. You continue saying there is no "bill". On that, you are correct. It is a resolution. If you understood basic civics of the House of Representatives, you would know there is a difference.

As to teaching kids how to write, it pleases me immensely to know the students I tutor will, in fact, write significantly better then you do.

Steady Jack buddy... It's not the lady's fault... This in reality is not a "sharia law deal" more of an anti h**e crime thing... I know the sharia thing pissed me off also... My feelings are that Muslims should obey American laws if they choose to live here just like "everyone " else...

Nor did I say it was sharia law. I, merely, posted the content of the resolution.

In point of fact, per the FBI there is minimal evidence of "h**e crime" against Muslims.

In point of fact, per the FBI the majority of "h**e crime" they investigate is against Jews.

Total agreement here.

They should do as other groups do and have done. When amongst their family, utilize their language and customs. In this way, they retain their traditions. When out in the general public, conforming to our laws should be their practice.

Which would fall under following our laws. There is much written about the treatment of their women; however, there is little way to know the accuracy. Assuredly, those members of the more radical sects are guilty of horrendous acts toward women. In my naïve hope, I hope it is a minority of Muslim men who act in such a manner.

Most of my Muslim friends are as American as anyone else I know ... With all the unrest in the middle east maybe this resolution specifically mentioning Muslims is a good thing after all... pretty much nip it in the bud before it grows... It is in the diversity of our people that makes America great... now we just have to learn to respect one another and all get along ... No one ever said this would be easy...

Before we issue a resolution specifically mentioning Muslims, we might want to consider the same for Jews. As I commented earlier, the FBI has provided statements that they investigate more h**e crimes against Jews then Muslims. It seems the hatred of Jews never stops. Envy is an ugly thing.

Envy is ugly... Most Jews I know are family oriented, believe in education and hard work... I don't see a problem there... Maybe they should include the Jews in this new resolution or boot all religions and make the h**e crime laws more visible to all...

As we enjoyed the Holidays with our family and friends, House DEMOCRATS moved to implement America’s first Sharia Law. If they get their way…they will be stripping us of our basic rights, and we need to be prepared for their TERRIFYING hope…and get Americans aware of what is happening!

On December 17, Democrat Congressmen quietly sponsored House Resolution 569, a resolution that asks lawmakers to condemn “violence, bigotry, and h**eful rhetoric towards Muslims in the United States.” The resolution specifically mentions Muslims, no other religious groups, and will serve as a test by which further criminalizing of “Islamophobia” may be introduced.

Geese my man. You have one of the smallest minds ever created by god don't you. Are you truly worried that those evil democrats are trying to take away your right to be a bigot? Don't worry, republican's hold enough of a majority that your bigotry is safe for now. But only for now, that's what your tinny little mind should really be worried about. Not what democrats are doing now...
