Hello Tea Party,
As an independent who often v**es republican and often libertarian, I am curious about your views on your new darling, Rafael Cruz (ted) being born in canada. Does this impact you support for him?

I am a supporter of Ted Cruz and a member of the tea party. He was born to an American mother in Canada if that makes him a U.S. citizen then I support his right to run, if the law which I don't know all the particulars of says he is not a citizen I will know longer support him. Under the McCarran - Walter Act I believe he is a U.S. citizen.

I am a supporter of Ted Cruz and think that he would make an excellent President. As to his birthright, natural born , has gone by the wayside since our current president has not been removed form office for not being natural born.

None. They are just listening to the lobbyists and people who put them in office. Without this, they'd still be in their home town enslaving their workers.

Sorry SouthernTide all we have for the current president is a forged birth certificate and his word both of which are useless. If he was born in Hawaii like he has stated then I would have imagined that the Hospital would have a plaque up stating so. My daughter and her husband live in Hawaii and there is still no plaques or signs stating where he was born, however in Kenya the hospital has signs as his grandmother and half brothers and sisters all claim that he was born there.

You must be one of those "Independent in name only" guys. You sound more like an Obama democrat. Let remind you-Obama has short circuited the Congress and the Supreme Court via executive orders. He should not had have the power to delay the employer mandate because his minions could not have s**tcare ready for prime time much less the independent mandate. They have had over two years to get the show on the road and still can't get it right. He and his administration are all incompetent and try to cover it with lies with more lies.

As an independent, I do not like having bald face lies from a person who happens be president. He has no right to lie to the America people.

You brought brought the birth issue up again. Don't you think the American people to know something about the president. I would like to see his college transcript. It is a continuation of the big lie which Obama is. Again Executive orders. Frankly, as an independent it a slap in my face when I see the little head with flying ears appear on my TV screen.

Sadly lil Willie (appropriate name of course), it is people like you who will doom the tea party. You know nothing about me, yet you rush to judgment, if people dont march in lockstep with your views. Not very American now is it?
