Philadelphia uses a standard test to screen applicants for the police force. But 81.2% of w****s taking it pass while only 72.5% of b****s pass. This fails to meet the federally mandated racial quota.

The fact that : "There is no evidence that the test is racially discriminatory, said Yossef Ben-Porath, a prominent expert on the test and a professor of psychological sciences at Kent State University in Ohio." isn't a good enough excuse to not make racial quotas. So changes must be made to make quota.

This is an intellectually dishonest thread. The fact is there is no evidence that the test isn't racially discriminatory. I could care less what some egg head professor says. Its inherent in the system. This is a attack on affirmative action and b****s in general.
