Racial discrimination is required to meet racial quotas

Philadelphia uses a standard test to screen applicants for the police force. But 81.2% of w****s taking it pass while only 72.5% of b****s pass. This fails to meet the federally mandated racial quota.

"Under U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission guidelines, if an employment screening tool results in a minority racial group being hired at less than four-fifths the rate of the majority, the burden is on the employer to show why that tool is a valid predictor of job success and not discriminatory."

The fact that : "There is no evidence that the test is racially discriminatory, said Yossef Ben-Porath, a prominent expert on the test and a professor of psychological sciences at Kent State University in Ohio." isn't a good enough excuse to not make racial quotas. So changes must be made to make quota.

There's a problem with Yossef Ben-Porath's approach... The Fed Law says "... if an employment screening tool results in a minority racial group being hired at less than four-fifths the rate of the majority..." the tool must be retooled... But - using the Fed's SPECIFIC DEFINITION - 72.5% of B****s passing the test is 89.2% of W****s who passed - AND THAT IS WITHIN THE FED'S LAW...

Philadelphia should NOT have to Retool Their Test At All...

This is an intellectually dishonest thread. The fact is there is no evidence that the test isn't racially discriminatory. I could care less what some egg head professor says. Its inherent in the system. This is a attack on affirmative action and b****s in general.
