Listen to God
We should always listen to God and ignore everybody else. Why would you listen to a person who will die? Especially when he takes an opposite stance to Gods word? God will never die. When Adam and Eve sinned in the garden, God did not even take satans lies into consideration. First read 1 Kings 13th chapter. Instead of covering the whole thing I will just highlight some key points.
· This was a true prophet of God proven by miraculous deeds.
· The prophet spoke what God told him to say.
· Things were okay as long as the prophet obeyed God.
· The prophet died when he believed the lies of a false prophet.
Read the 23rd chapter of Jeremiah. We should listen to Jesus speaking in Matthew 7:15. This concept of saved and lost adds to what Jesus did on the cross. Repentance and sin isnt being taught. I will teach on each.
