I am blessed to have the largest off leash dog park in America very near by. I will most likely take them there where they can really stretch out and run. But, just as an "insurance bet" I have always kept my dog's ashes after they pass on, and my written instructions are that my ashes and theirs will be blended together, and then scattered around my duck blinds on the east end of the lake that I live on.

Hopefully there are ten waiting for us in heaven. I know they are there, but can't bet that we will be.
Here's to all the dogs that have gladdened our hearts and healed the pain of those kids we work with. Without them, it might not have been possible.

I too, keep all my dogs ashes to be buried with my own. We are assured by psychics and mediums that our dogs will be awaiting when we cross over.
