a short story; Many years ago my college roommate claims to have done this in an interview for a managerial position,with a high mucky-muck company.
The interviewer, From MIT, if I recall; Stated that they do not allow any facial hair, my buddy, having a mustache;
asked if that meant he would have to shave off his eye brows?
To which the interviewer said; "you don't really want this position do you."

lololl.....Sounds like me...Self employed and when I first started out had serious doubts I was going to make it so I went for an interview...As I walked into the bldg, the weight of Corporate America hit me...As I got into the elevator and arrived at my floor I thought I really don't want to do this...In the interview the i***t doing it says: Can we contact your employer to verify your application..My first thought was its, "may we"..My reply was, No, I haven't told myself I am firing me, yet....I mean we had just finished talking about going out on my own etc...I knew then I'd wait it out and am soooooooooo glad I did!! :wink: :thumbup:
