I agree. And, my thoughts are not based on religion. It is based on the muslim ideology

I am in favor of establishing a free zone in their own country so they can do as they please. The United States cannot support the whole world.

Poll after poll show that a majority of Muslims are O.K. with jihad whether or not they directly participate, but the left loves to be PC and say things like the good little Muslims, and religion of piece and they are mostly good people. Both Trump's suggestion and yours are silly and unworkable.
The suggestions assume that terrorists are too honest to lie about their religion. There is no blood test for Muslim, and taking their word for it is pretty dumb. Don't you think?
How about instead we ban immigration from state sponsors of terrorism, and all persons that have been to countries that have large numbers of terrorist? Makes better sense doesn't it?
After imposing that ban we can use the immigration agents we have to better vet the few number of people that we do allow into America.
