Actually you just saw it. It was one of the biggest missed opportunities ever handed to a tea party spokesperson. It was Ted Cruz and his 21 hour filibuster. He had the attention of everyone. He had the stage. He could have railed against the ACA and demanded we fix it by making concrete proposals. Instead we were treated to a reading of Green Eggs & Ham, references to a Twitter speech by Ashton Kutcher and his signature ploy of comparing current logic and people to N**is. His comment regarding "pre-existing conditions" said it all. He punted. He said it needed to be studied. An extraordinary cop out. Mr. Cruz had the chance to really effect change. But instead all we got were platitudes. And those platitudes seem to be the only position of the tea party spokespeople today. If the tea party wants to be thought of as a viable force, it needs specific and actionable programs. Show me tea party. The days of whining are over. And until they do, they will be emperors without clothes.

I have seen a lot of wrong moves in the Obama administration, but I have seen very little help for him. Currently his staff is cut,,, budget? His help is likely whomever he can muster and the Republicans and TP haven't come up with a better health care solution. Where is it?

It is easy enough to criticize this Black President, lets hope this never happens again, and lets be sure of it, but where are the answers? The solutions? I think, even at his worst he has been courageously holding his own, pretty much alone. So, who is the t*****r? Is it the Speaker who is going to "take back his country", and stands in Obama's way over everything? No, I'm white and I am disappointed with the country right now. I see nothing from TP now or ever. Obama never had a chance.
