Kid gets suspended by school for shooting gun at HOME?

It seems that school rules extend to your own yard at home. Anyway at this school it does. This kid was shooting at a friend who was moving around to see if he could hit him. Some kids getting on the bus said they got hit so maybe that 6 ft. wood fence had some holes in it.

I wouldn't even try to enforce a rule like this one on someone's yard. Some school officials deserve to be sued by some parents.

If the superintendent goes along with kicking the kid clear out that makes him pretty dumb and a r****t. That kid sounded like an intelligent kid to me and that home didn't look ghetto, either.

The school board (three nosy females) are the ones concerned about every bodies safety. They sound like they are offshoots of mayor Bloomberg. Supposedly they were 70 yards away from the supposed bus stop. Lets see that would be three quarters of a football field. An average 9 mm pistol or for that matter any handgun is only accurate for about 40 yards I believe. My grand kids have air soft guns that grandpa bought them and they only shoot about 20 yards max. I am guessing.
I know when I bought them the store clerk was telling me that a lot of people are buying them and having war games with them so they can't be that dangerous. Hell when we were kids I can remember playing cowboy and bad guy with real b-b guns.

I think that mother has a lot more self-constraint than I could under those circumstances. I agree with you about that kid being mine and what the result would be.

Separate rules and laws based on skin color, wealth or perceived status. If you labeled low class the cards are stacked against you and if you are part of the ruling class like the Kennedys, Clintons and now Obama then murders are OK and won't be investigated and you are home free. I would hope that the public would start to smell the stench and wake up and start putting the blocks of society back in order to help our country revive itself.
