Tell everybody! Even those who don't appear to listen today, may have the idea slip in while they're not paying attention to the rhetoric mill and wake up with an epiphany one morning.

I like it and we should be demanding term limits but they will never v**e to approve it and limit their slush funds they now enjoy!!

Regardless, it should be petitioned and put on the b****t via enough signatures to mandate it..Let the people v**e on it ..

Salaries for life, pension plans for life, my butt..Hold them to the same standard anyone working i Corporate America is bound by..As for their insurance~~he, those that went on the BO Care garbage got an immediate salary increase to offset it..Did, We, the People get that..No, we got the penalties if we didn't go on it..I am Thankful I had insurance..

Open up a blog page to solicit those whom may wish to have term limits in place...Tell them you will send them or compose on line a petition that can be used to force your representatives to approach the topic..Send notice to you Whit House representatives on Criminal Hill that term limits are demanded...Tell everyone, is right!!!!! Many agree and when they say we already have term limits in v**es, tell them no we do not...As long as v**ed in they are in, IF term limits in place they can not be v**ed back in..A big difference then casting our v**es every two or four years..

but
as long as there are bribes ,and I mean large bribes,available to our congressmen and other officials
there aint gonna be any difference
if there was some way to enact the laws Don suggested
I would be the first to endorse them
I just laugh when i send a letter to my congressmen
i get the same old bs back every time
"Your interest in this matter is appreciated
.You can be sure I am aware of this matter and am working(either against or for )it"

Thank you for your computer response..I v**ed for you and want your ideas...If I wanted a computer to reply I would have v**ed for it..Maybe that is the answer...My next v**e will be cast for it, rather than you, rest assured..

I attach my first letter and send it right back with the second letter telling him don't give me fluff, give me answers...Over time I have developed a relationship with my elected and they do give me that, ok, Linda, I hear what your saying but~~~~..Either way I have made my point and often wonder if any of it matters..it does to me, it allowed me to vent in distaste for their actions and they know it!
Like I said you may very well be right bobby, lobby control of donations should be outlawed, they know it and do it anyway...Campaign contributions need to be reeled in to..The criminals on Criminal Hill love it~~Even if they don't succeed they still get that money from whomever owns them that moment.. :evil:
