I have only been an American citizen for 6 years but I was very proud to become part of a nation I had admired for most of my life. It had principles that matched my native country.

Now those principles are under attack and we are sliding downhill toward third-world status much more quickly than I would ever have dreamed possible.

The persons responsible for the change are the Liberals and Progressives. I fail to see any advantage to them accruing from the destruction of our way of life, our love of freedom, of respect for hard work and the family, the economic destruction and loss of respect both internally and from the view of the world at large. We are being destroyed by a fifth column from within and most of them v**e Democrat.

Why do they do this? What do they gain? Surely they can see that they have to live in the hell-hole that they propose to replace the Republic with? They too will have to fear for their lives, see their children and grandchildren become paupers and refugees in their own country, surviving by becoming s***es to the new rulers, who will be the same as they always were but now unfettered.

I have long tried to see into their minds and discover a reason for the movement toward national suicide but cannot, it is like looking into a nest of snakes and centipedes. But notwithstanding, it is real and to me it is frightening.

I v**e Republican but will admit that most of the candidates are worthless. They are mostly RINOS, a couple are good guys but not likely to win. Some are not qualified due to their birth status and can only become President if the laws are not followed, which is unfortunately the norm now. None of them excite me and it will be hard to pull the lever for any of them, but I will because I know if I do not do so then we are in for another four years at least of destruction. There are many Republicans with higher standards than mine who will not v**e if it means putting a RINO in charge and that will probably tip the scales to the Democrat side and we will see President Sanders put on the crown.

A new low and most likely the end of the nation.

The intent of the Democrat support of the Islamist invasion is to perpetuate the rule of the Democrats because they naively believe that the Moslem immigrants, like the Mexican and i******s, will v**e Democrat in gratitude. However I forecast that as soon as the Moslems reach a level of population high enough to make a difference (4 percent? 5 percent?) they will form their own party or put up their own candidates and do to the Democrats what the Democrats have done to the nation.

America is a nation of people with a government, not a government with a bunch of people.

We, the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, PROMOTE the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Our Republic was founded to PROMOTE the general welfare of ALL American citizens, not PROVIDE it.

IOW, America does not exist to PROVIDE every lazy slob who was born here yet who is unwilling to take responsibility for their own well-being and prosperity with a free ride.
