I love to eat.
I find I eat less if I am more active.
Or at least I don't gain as much & even lose a little for a while.
I gained weight while in the service to almost what I weight today. (Had a desk job)
The muscle has turned to fat.
I was one trim guy back then, Caught the eye of a Pretty Miss & 50 some years later am still with her & a flock of kids with a third & fourth generation too.
