This was forwarded to me by my​ doctor who works in Ougabanga.

He shows what I should do daily to help with leg and knee pain.

I have horrible knew pain. Worth a shot, but is the hideous outfit required??

I do believe that constant jumping up and down on those knees is not good for them....Leg strengthening and stretching, yes...But that ceremonial dance nope......

I tried a minute of the dance and am now waiting for the ambulance to get here. THANKS ELWOOD

Without the outfit, it would not look anywhere as impressive. Besides without the outfit, you would be NAKED
