From which 'US CONITUTION' did Obama and the Democrats find authority to do this ???
The oath that Obama and the Democrats holding public office took specifically stated that they would uphold and protect the 'US Constitution', and that document gives the federal government 'ONLY' certain listed authorities to act upon, and this is definitely not one. Ironic how the old USSR and Red China have switched their economies over from socialism and c*******m to a free market society, and their peoples are reaping the rewards from it, while Obama and the Democrats have changed the USA from a free market society, toward more socialism and c*******m policies, which the people of the USA are having to suffer for, through tremendous loss of jobs, with no respite of that misery in the future. Obama and the Democrats have successfully changed our delivery of medical services into another of their social programs which they can control, and by doing so also controlling the lives of all Americans that are not extremely wealthy, and a mirror image of the medical programs of Canada and England that have driven their wealthy citizens to the USA for medical services. When have any Americans ever been forced to buy something that they did not want or need, or be fined for not obeying the federal government in doing so, and then that fine being labeled a tax so it meets the requirements of the 'US Constitution' and it's guarantees and warranties of the American people's rights and freedoms, but does not meet the requirements of what the 'US Constitution' states, that taxes must be levied equally on everyone in order to be considered a tax. The American people have accepted Obama's and the Democrats' turn toward socialism and c*******m for the same empty and false promises that the Russians and Chinese originally accepted socialism and c*******m for, and that is the government providing them things free that costs the government much, and the government eventually collapses trying to provide, as the USA is now doing under Obama's over a trillion dollar deficits every year he's been President, and doubling the national debt in just 6 years, that took all our previous Presidents 230 years to acquire, and that huge national debt now making the USA insolvent, while Obama has the federal government paying these insurance companies for the losses that Obamacare has cost them, but how long can this too go on? Not for very much longer, and I hope the people will know and remember who the blame goes on when our 'US Dollar' collapses, destroying the 'US Economy', because Obama 'MIGHT' be out of office by that time, and as always, that will give him an excuse to blame it on others, when it was his policies that were the last straw (on the camels back) that caused the coming calamity.
