Like many of you, I fortunately stumbled onto One Political Plaza where the people can discuss issues ranging in topics such as politics, humanities, religion, and/or making acquaintances.

My nickname is Ray and I live in the Pacific Northwest. I love Earth, people's, and consider myself a bit of a humanitarian.

My background will eventually come forward as I discuss topics of interest.

Welcome. You name it , we got it. Right wing, left wing, or just wing nut, you can find it here. Things can get a little rude, sometimes. People have tempers when they feel strongly about things. Just roll with it. One thing; if you wish to reply to someone personally, use "quote reply." Someone finally pointed that out to me.

To each his own. (Or hers). There are people here on both ends of the spctrum, whether politics, environmental concerns, religious or sociological beliefs, wh**ever. Some are sincere, wishing to have, if not friendly, at least polite debate. Others seem to have no purpose other than sowing discord. Unfortunately, too often, they are successful. I'm not without guilt myself. If people would just realize it's only unacceptable when someone other than myself engages in it. (LOL).
