Words of wisdom indeed! I would like to add some of my own, though I'm not sure just how "wise" they are.
The wounded are dead or dying when you get to them, so try not to hasten that process.
Your wounded will eventually stop bleeding and dying, even if you don't do a damn thing, so the pressure is off, but will get there faster if you do the wrong thing. So, move quickly, think faster, do the right thing and do it safely. Panic k**ls, well, everybody. Calmness saves lives, theirs and yours too.
THINK while you're moving and be sure your thinking is finished by the time you get to where you need to be. That way, you're doing already, instead of thinking about what to do, providing the enemy with a target practice opportunity.
