I haven't lived in Texas in over 20 years, but to the best of my recollection this food chart was pretty right on at that time. Probably still? Please advise, current Texans.

That's pretty much it Paul! There are a few more tofu eating weenies now than there were 20 years ago. Especially around Austin.

Ahhh! I forgot about the free toe pie! :thumbup: We have a place here that makes one with chopped brisket, beans, cheese, and anything else you want on it. It id amazing!! Of course, I always love the old tried, and true, burn your ass chili kind too!! :thumbup: The season is almost upon us!
