During a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing concerning the events leading up to the September 11, 2012 attacks on the U.S. consulate in B******i, Libya, Thursday, Democrats left the room and refused to listen to the testimony of parents of those slain at the diplomatic compound.
Patricia Smith, the mother of information management officer Sean Smith , who was k**led in the 9/11 B******i attack and Charles Woods, the father of Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods, who was also k**led, testified about the lives and untimely deaths of their sons.
Right before the testimony began, according to a picture posted to Twitter by Representative Darryl Issa (R-Calif.), the majority of Democratic lawmakers excused themselves from the hearing.
According to reports, the only Democrats who stayed were Ranking Member Elijah Cummings (Md.) and Representative Jackie Speier (Calif.).
Issa also provided video of the emotional testimony wherein Ms. Smith explains how the government has ignored her and lied to her as she sought answers about her sons death.

I thought that showed poor judgement. Now I can understand each party walking out on each other but thisshows me just plain disrespect.

Pretty bad when you need a senior advisor and a teleprompter to change his underwear! I know, I'm being sarcastic, but I prefer to find a way to laugh at things that really make me want to cry.

I do believe that you are right, as she is the one actually running this government right now. OIllegal would need the words written on the teleprompter by Valerie, before he could issue the stand down order.

Yes and they are starting to look more and more un-American every day. If it was up to me these representatives should be tried for un-American activities and taken out and executed as we Americans don't leave our wounded and those in trouble behind. We surely don't walk out of the room and insult the mothers, fathers and families of those who have been k**led in the line of duty. Most of us were raised with more manners than this and it is a disgrace to our country.
