This is typical of the waste which goes on in the military. There should be an impartial auditor who should review every proposed major expenditure before they would be allowed to spend the money. You can bet your bottom dollar that the majority of that expenditure ended up in the wrong hands. :hunf: :XD: :XD:

The military is not the only place this occurs...it occurs throughout the government. But, the libtards will squawk about Wall Street fat cats, and the 1%'ers, but overlook that government's waste fraud and abuse far exceeds the amount of money they supposedly fleece.
