Actually, most of what the GOP predicted all those years ago, did NOT come to pass. What we're seeing now, is the GOP's efforts to derail and ruin the ACA, beginning to take effect. When you want a prophecy fulfilled - sometimes you have to work to see it done.

They should be ashamed. This did NOT help America at all - but they think it's helping their chances come v****g time. That's reprehensible behavior - but typical of today's politicians, no matter WHAT color they wear.

Actually you are dead wrong.

Where is the $2500 in savings promised?
What has the GOP done that caused healthcare costs to increase? ACA is the cause

ACA was sold on the blatant lie that you can insure 30 Million uninsured for FREE. And everyone would save $2500 to boot.

He's generally wrong but hard to pin down because he generally takes both sides. Anyone that thinks the ACA isn't a train wreck is being willfully blind or has never dealt with the ACA.

Correct and the deeper we get into ACA the worse it gets. Many of the regulations were implemented gradually to protect Obama's ree******n and help Dems fight to keep Senate

Wait till the real cost of this hits the low to medium income families. I believe the financial tsunami hits 2016-2017.

Good post, and yes, ObummerCare was designed to flatout destroy the working class. For, as those of us who work know, it has become closer to impossible to survive, espcially when we now pay close to double for health insurance (thanks to Obama and Congress) as what we pay for a mortgage.

A recent post elsewhere on OPP states that we should file a class action law-suit against all those in Congress who just stole $152 Billion from Social Security in the middle of the night. I would advocate the same for those in Congress and Obama for what was done to Ameircan's prosperity via the ACA (which incedentally, is NOT affordable)....

There are no perspectives. There are hard cold facts

The facts are simple.
The 2500$ savings was pure bulls**t
Exchanges are closing down rapidly across America
Deductibles and Out of Pocket costs have risen dramatically for the majority of Americans who are not subsidized

Just saw where deductible's are going up an average of 86%. Sounds like another broken promise but hey that's how Obama rolls.

The article is negative on ACA and its the NY Times which obviously subdues its criticism. The honest unbiased t***h is much worse

Nearly half of the 17 insurance marketplaces set up by the states and the District under President Obama’s health law are struggling financially, presenting state officials with an unexpected and serious challenge five years after the passage of the landmark Affordable Care Act.
