I went into reading that one thinking they would be saying that all those candles in pumpkin "jack-o-lanterns" would cause added heat. I am glad to see that the fools who wanted to tax cow farts a couple of years ago because of methane are saying that those decomposing pumpkins produce all that methane. They were attacking farmers and ranchers and now they are after a different set of farmers.
They (the EPA) even went after farmers for raising dust driving on their non-improved roads to get home and back to town. Simple minded people don't realize that in rural areas few roads are surfaced with anything other than sand. They just keep coming with their city dude foolishness.
