Sorry that the full article doesn't come up. It did when I originally viewed it. Obama does everything through the prism of gaining political power for his party. He does not care about the long term damage to the country or whether he has t***h on his side.

There is a reason why there are so many more b****s in prisons because of drug charges. Baltimore showed this, it is a microcosm.
B****s are far more likely to have multiple charges, and frequently plead guilty to drug charges having a lighter sentence as part of a plea bargain.

Actually, when I read the title of this thread my first inclination was that this is the first time I've been able to agree with him. Prison is precisely where Obama and the majority of his administration belong.
